摘要:铅是一种常见的强毒性重金属元素,能够长期存在于环境中而难以降解,通过食物链在环境、植物和动物之间进行吸收传递,一旦进入人体,便会在体内不断蓄积,最终对人体造成不可逆的组织损伤与代谢疾病。木质素来源于资源丰富的农业或食品加工副产物,其结构中有含氧基团,如酚羟基、羧基和甲氧基等,对铅具有良好的吸附能力。本文对木质素在吸附铅污染物中的研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了木质素吸附铅污染物的潜能及作用机制。

Research Progress in the Application of Lignin in the Adsorption of Lead Pollutants

Abstract:Lead is a common and highly toxic heavy metal element which can exists in the environment for a long time due to its non- biodegradable property. Its accumulation in human body is via the food chain from animals and plants, which eventually causes irreversible tissue damage and metabolic disease. Lignin is derived from abundant agricultural or food processing byproducts. Its structure contains oxygen-containing groups, such as phenolic hydroxyl, carboxyl and methoxy groups, and has good adsorption capacity for lead. This article reviewed the research progress of lead adsorption by lignin, focusing on the potential and mechanism of adsorption.
